Change and ambiguity are all around us. However, leading ourselves and others through change can be just as much a challenge as it is a core competency for leaders to grow.
There is a call for leaders who can motivate others and build followership, trust, and engagement – even while they are unsure of the future.
Join us on Wednesday, August 24 and be prepared to:
- Learn three practices from Henna’s book, Wired for Authenticity – Seven Practices to Inspire, Adapt & Lead
- Discover tools to help lead yourself and others through change
- Work through your own “leading through change” challenges and develop an action plan
During the presentation, you will also engage in experiential exercises you can use as tools to be more powerful in the change you experience in your workplace. Each participant will receive a 1-page worksheet to use to be able to develop their action plan.
Prior to the session, participants are asked to complete a self-assessment on the seven practices from Henna’s book, and receive a score and recommended next steps for learning. Complete the survey here.
Join us on Wednesday, August 24 to learn how to effectively lead yourself, your colleagues, and your organization through times of change.
